All other Australian orders will be shipped for $10.00. All orders now come with tracking and require signature on delivery (unless advised otherwise).
Please ensure your mailing address is correct on your Paypal account if paying through Paypal.
*Customers assume full responsibility for providing Eco Party Box with the correct mailing address. Should an order be incorrectly addressed and thus returned to Eco Party Box by Australia Post the customer will not be refunded. They will however receive the opportunity to pay a new postage fee which will be the actual postage cost as quoted by Australia Post, rather than the standard $10.00 postage fee we apply to all orders.
If you live in South Australia and would like to pick up your purchase from our Port Willunga premises type the word "SAYAY" into the promotional code section and you will not pay for postage. If you are using another promotional code to receive a discount contact us to confirm a pick up time and a refund for postage.

Postage Delivery Times:If you live in Perth or Brisbane you should order before Monday afternoon for your eco party supplies to arrive by Friday by standard post.
We are based in Adelaide so deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and rural South Australia should take no more than two days and deliveries to Adelaide will arrive the next day.

Regular parcel:Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or environs: Next day.
Between a metropolitan area of a capital city and country locations: 1-3 days.
Between country locations: 1-4 days.
International Orders:Contact us through our contact form HERE or via info@ecopartybox.com.au if you are an overseas (non-Australian) customer wishing to purchase some of our products so that we may quote you the correct price and shipping fee the products you wish to order.
The postage costs listed on this site are for Australian orders only.
Packaging:As a golden rule when our orders require a larger box than our custom-made 100% recycled content party boxes we only ever use pre-used recyclable boxes and bags sourced locally.
Occasionally we may use the non-bubble-wrap-lined Australia Post expandable tough bag (made from thick paper) - as placing a bag around a standard box makes sure it is measured on physical weight and not cubic weight - thus bringing the price down because party supplies are generally quite light.
We choose never to use the plastic or degradable post-it bags which offer over night delivery. Instead we may use "expandable tough bags" provided by Australia Post which are made from paper.
If you require your order on or before a certain date please email or call us on 0416 497 498 to arrange a suitable delivery option. This includes express postage if necessary.
